Panic Disorder

You may have a panic disorder if you have had repeated and unexpected panic attacks. If you are experiencing a sense of fear when there should be no reason for fear, then you may have a panic disorder. Panic disorders are very common and may have a genetic link. They tend to run in families and generally start in teen years or early adult years. Symptoms of panic disorders range from sweating and dizziness to numbness and shortness of breath. Panic orders can be treated so seeking help is highly recommended.
